In association with the Fiesta Board of Directors, McMillan Associates has produced this event from its inception. 

Our firm is responsible for all aspects associated with the organization, implementation, management, and production of Fiesta.  In addition, McMillan Associates identifies, solicits, and secures corporate sponsorships in support of the event.  We also work with county and city inspectors, officials, and departments regarding all licenses and permits.  In association with the Fiesta Entertainment Committee, our firm assists in booking and contracting talent and other entertainment.  McMillan Associates also oversees the design of all décor, including event signage for Fiesta components.  Our firm administers the on-site food vending operations which includes soliciting, screening and contracting with food vendors.
