Helen Keller Birthplace Foundation / Ivy Green Event

McMillan Associates is pleased to have been selected to develop and produce the Helen Keller Birthplace Foundation Capital Campaign Kick-Off Event to be held on June 22nd, 2006 presently called “An Evening at Ivy Green.”  Our firm is working with the Helen Keller Birthplace Foundation in the creation, development and implementation of this important occasion.  This event will not only bring the spirit of Helen Keller and Ivy Green to life, but will also move attendees to take ownership and pride in the launch of the first phase of the Helen Keller Birthplace Foundation’s Capital Fundraising Campaign.  This event will also serve as the perfect entry to the festivities the following day that will celebrate the unveiling of the statue of Helen Keller that will ultimately be placed in Statuary Hall in Washington, D.C.

McMillan Associates has assumed responsibility for handling the creative development and implementation of the Helen Keller Birthplace Foundation Capital Campaign Kick-Off Event.  Among our responsibilities are development and management of the event budget, and supervision of all expenditures within the strictures of this budget.  We will design all décor for the event.  We have identified and contracted with vendors including, but not limited to:  entertainment, sound & light production, catering, tents, staging and flooring, rental equipment, florist, photographers and videographers.
